1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Vautomate (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Eligibility

The Service is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

3. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be offered for a fee. You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases and to authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate Billing Policy for detailed refund terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vautomate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

User Data

You retain all rights to the data you input, connect, or generate through the Service ("User Data"). You grant Vautomate a license to use the User Data solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and optimizing the Service for you. This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and limited to service provision as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vautomate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
